Nutech has an immediate requirement for a Lead Silverlight Developer with WCF WPF. If you have the skills below please send resume, rate, and contact details.

*Skills: *

• Silverlight/WPF, WCF, Expression Blend, C#, HTML, JavaScript
• SQL Server a plus
• Java experience a plus
• Candidate should have a Microsoft certification for the .NET platform

Description:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Silverlight (v2 or greater) is required.
• Familiarity with Web application coding (C#, JavaScript), Expression Blend, or other interactivity development tool experience a plus
• Participate in design meetings & code reviews
• Understand and implement abstract OO designs
• Write & re-factor code
• Write Unit Tests
• 5 Years experience in object-oriented software architectures and concepts
• Candidates must work well with teams, be easily approachable, and have the ability to train existing team members.
• Experience with Scrum/Agile development is preferred
• WCF a plus
• XML, XSLT, XML Schema
• Strong communication and organizational skills to work collaboratively with diverse set of people and disciplines.

An additional filter to use would be to see if the resume has Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (or similar). Might also expect to see something like Director or Flash on there as well. This would indicate some graphics art and design experience. This is not mandatory but good to have in addition to Silverlight.
