Summary
The developer is expected to have deep knowledge of JavaScript as an object oriented programming language, Ajax frameworks, and an expert understanding of the client-server relationships that Web 2.0 technologies introduce. This position will have contact with other developers, designers, project managers, and product managers and will require excellent communication skills. Attention to detail, pride in the quality of work, and the ability to manage time and meet deadlines are also critical.

Requirements:
Expert-level JavaScript. 4-5 years of JavaScript development.
3+ years of Ajax development experience.

In-depth knowledge of available JavaScript libraries and frameworks.
An in-depth understanding of cross-browser, and front-end development issues.

Working knowledge of XML and XSLT.

Experience implementing elegant XSL template structures to render complex designs is a plus.
Basic knowledge of SQL queries.
Proficiency in at least one object-oriented programming language (C# preferred).
An understanding of the fundamentals of software development, including OOD patterns and best practices.
Ability to manage one’s time effectively to meet multiple, tight deadlines.
CS degree or equivalent.
